Rep Pace provides tools for planning and recording workouts. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the service develops.
3. Health and safety
Rep Pace does not provide medical advice. Workout suggestions and tracking features are general information only. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or concerning symptoms. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your location.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe others’ rights, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of workout plans and notes you submit. You grant Rep Pace the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use.

Rep Pace’s name, interface, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific fitness outcomes, or permanent retention of data. Keep independent copies of information that is important to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rep Pace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
