1. Overview
Rep Pace is a workout planning and tracking service. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you. Rep Pace is not intended for children under 13.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Workout information you choose to enter, such as dates, exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods, cardio settings, and notes.
- Device-local preferences, including your selected language and locally saved workout drafts.
- Basic technical and security information that our hosting, authentication, and database providers process to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, save and synchronize workout plans, provide requested features, maintain security, diagnose errors, respond to requests, and improve Rep Pace. We do not sell personal information.
4. Storage and service providers
Account and synchronized workout data are processed through Supabase. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Some drafts and preferences may remain in your browser’s local storage. These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards.
5. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
Rep Pace may use essential storage for authentication and preferences. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before those technologies are activated. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Where required, users will be offered consent choices and may manage personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and workout data while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use access controls and row-level database policies, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to provide optional workout notes, use device-local features, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Rights vary by location. Submit a request through the Contact page.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as Rep Pace changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
